We’re often asked if we only laser-engrave protein structures in crystal blocks. In fact, we can use the SSLE (sub-surface laser engraving) process to etch files created in most 3D formats. How about a single helix instead of a double one? Leonardo da Vinci imagined this flying machine in the late fifteenth century.
